Join us for a relaxed and enjoyable two-day Reboot Your Body Introduction to Bowen Therapy workshop.

Learn how to safely and effectively use Bowen to help your family and friends.

What is Bowen?

Bowen is a gentle hands-on therapy that encourages the body to relax, rest and repair.

Bowen Therapy is much more than helping people get from a place of pain to a place of ease. By challenging the current culture of only treating symptoms, rather than the whole person, we are encouraging a pro-active approach to healthcare.

It is safe to use and highly effective to help people alleviate common aches and pains.

The Bowen treatment is easy to give and deeply relaxing to receive. It is suitable for all ages from newborns to the elderly.

Regular Bowen Treatments  can also support the body, improving overall health, mobility and posture.

What to expect at the workshop

Our course is the perfect introduction to Bowen Therapy. Everyone is welcome and no prior experience of bodywork or knowledge of anatomy is required. The course is perfect for any family member wishing to help another.

Being able to offer Bowen therapy to your family and friends can help them by providing a natural and gentle way to treat people with various health concerns.

You will learn the foundation moves for a whole-body treatment as well as understand how to treat people in different circumstances.

Having access to Bowen in the home, you will be able to support each other to create a healthier and more harmonious family environment and community.

Please note that completion of our Introduction to Bowen is not a professional qualification to practice Bowen as a therapist.

We will explain when a professional Bowen Therapist or other health practitioner would be required.

If you find that attending the workshop inspires you to learn more, you can use this workshop as a stepping stone to our full practitioner training.
